Brilliant water like colour with a very faint tinge of green to the outskirts. Pronounced lemon and lime aromas fill the nostrils followed by green apple, talc and mineral. Mouth watering flavours of lemon and lime are dominate over crunchy green apple, subtle talc and steely mineral characters. Finishes dry with fresh zippy acidity. Excellent concentration with a long zesty finish of lemon, lime, green apple and steely mineral.
