Brilliant water like core with a distinctive tinge of green around the outskirts. Nosing offers up lemon and lime top notes with subtle notions of green apple, talc and mineral also present. Intense lime juice and citrus flavours compete with orange rind for attention over a talc and mineral back drop. Finishes dry with refreshing crunchy acidity and a lingering aftertaste that has a sense of vibrancy.
