Bright straw colour with a watery hue. Intense pear, red apple and dried honey scents overlay wet slate notes. Nicely rounded in the mouth, flavours of pear, red apple and light dried honey are to the fore with lime and slate characters lying underneath. Finishes dry with brisk mineral infused acidity and some lingering oyster shell like elements on the aftertaste.
