2018 Indigo Chardonnay

Fruit was sourced from the Indigo vineyard at Beechworth and the Alpine Valleys with maturation taking place in French oak barriques of varying ages. Brilliant pale straw colour with a touch of green to the edges and a watery hue. Aromas of white peach, nectarine and dried honey are intermeshed with biscuity nougat and gun flint notes. Medium bodied, there’s good freshness to the nectarine fruits which intermingle with dried honey, biscuity oak, citrusy nougat and infusions of gun flint. Brisk acidity with an elegant medium length finish.
