Brilliant water like colour with a light tinge of green to the outskirts. Aromas of lime juice and lemon intermix with granny smith apple and wet steel notes. Crunchy lime, citrus and green apple flavours are to the fore with underlying chalky talc and steely mineral characters. Finishes bone dry with snappy acidity and a lime, orange rind, green apple and wet steel aftertaste.
