2018 Ian Leamon Heathcote Shiraz

Midnight black in colour with a bright dark red hue. Elevated aniseed top notes intermingle with charry vanillin oak, blackberry, black olive and distinct blackpepper. Medium to full bodied with a plush feel, rich aniseed and blackberry flavours morph in toasty oak, earth and blackpepper characters. Ripe chewy tannins give the back palate structure and drift into a blackpepper infused aftertaste.
