2018 Hunter's Chardonnay

Fermented and matured in French oak casks for 10 months. Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of citrus and nectarine are overlaid by toasty oak with some light dried honey and spice notes also evident. Medium bodied the palate has an accessible flavour profile of nectarines and dried honey which mesh with citrus, toast and spice characters. There’s a subtle roundness to the textural feel finishing with good freshness and a medium length aftertaste.
