Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Juicy fresh pear, green apple and lime juice aromas are trailed by fresh herb, quince and subtle spices. On the palate there’s good intensity to the pear, green apple and lime juice fruits which meld into traces of slate and infusions of fresh herbs. Nicely rounded textually with vibrant acidity and a long refreshing aftertaste.
