Bright pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Aromas of dried pear and red apple skin mix with hints of bees wax and spice. The palate shows much more freshness than the nose with juicy pear and red apple fruits taking on a rounded mouthfeel over a light honeysuckle, subtle quince and flinty mineral back drop. Finishes dry with crisp acidity and a long satisfying aftertaste.

Other Reviews….
A very floral gruner that shows bright cherry blossom, daffodils, dandelions and nectarines. There’s salty character to the palate, which is medium-bodied and feathers in a fine interplay of fruit and acidity. Drink now.

Notes of pear peel and citrus pith on the nose already suggest a wine that will have texture. The palate does not disappoint, and comes in with yeasty herbal fruitiness that is reminiscent of dried yarrow and salty yeast. A light juicy body surrounds this core of savoriness and finishes with dry freshness.
