Brilliant pale straw colour with a slight tinge of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. Aromas of lime, red and green apple, citrus and slatey mineral note rise from the glass. Racy lime and citrus flavours infused with slate merge into green apple, wet steel and flinty mineral characters. Dry crunchy acid finish with a medium to long aftertaste.
