2018 Holm Oak The Protégé Pinot Noir

Semi translucent dark red colour with a light red hue. Lifted aromatics of red to dark cherries meld into some meaty characters, forest floor and fresh herb notes. Light in body the palate is elegantly flavoured with savoury red cherry and winter strawberry characters. Infusions of fresh herbs and light stalky forest floor characters follow on. Fresh acidity and refined tannins finishing with a medium length aftertaste.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
