2018 Hollick Coonawarra Old Vines Cabernet Sauvignon

Totally opaque black dark red colour with a deep dark red hue. Elevated aromas of blackcurrant combine with black olive and tobacco which are trailed by dusty cedar and bay leaf notes. Rich blackcurrant and ripe mulberry fruits infused with black olive flood the palate underscored by dusty vanillin cedar, earth, spicy tobacco and bay leaf characters. A sturdy tannin structure supports the fruit, firming up the finish a touch. Excellent power and intensity with a long aftertaste.
