2018 Hollick Coonawarra Bond Road Chardonnay

Brilliant pale straw colour with a distinct glimmer of green to the edges and a watery hue. Scents of white peach, nectarine and dried honey rise out of the glass followed by hints of crème brulee, nougat and spice. Rich and creamy the palate features generous peach, dried honey and crème brulee flavours over a backdrop of toasty oak, nougat and spicy cashew. Excellent concentration and depth with a balanced freshness and long well rounded aftertaste.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
