2018 Highgate Chardonnay

Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Aromas of nectarine and peach have a flinty overlay with some lime and biscuity oak notes also evident. Medium bodied the palate opens with vibrant pear, nectarine and lime fruits which sit over a back drop of gunflint and mineral infusions. Dry crisp finish with an abundance of freshness on the medium to long aftertaste.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
