Brilliant water like colour with greenish tinged edges. Pronounced lime juice top notes team with citrus, orange blossom, talc and mineral. Intense lime and lemon flavours are backed by a core of steely acidity with orange rind, chalky talc and flinty mineral characters also present. Dry crisp finish with a long lime, lemon and flinty mineral infused aftertaste.
