Fermented and matured for 11 months in French oak barriques. Gleaming pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Pronounced ripe peach and honeycomb scents are married to notions of crème brulee, nougat and light spicy cashew notes. Lively fresh peach, melon and ripe nectarine fruits hold sway over citrus, nougat and spicy oak elements. Nicely textured yet very fresh on the finish with a medium to long aftertaste.
