Brilliant pale straw colour with distinctive highlights of green around the edges and a watery hue. Aromas of grapefruit, nectarine and citrus are gently infused with gun flint. Some light biscuity oak notes ensue. The elegant palate is lean and vibrant in its feel with a flavour profile of nectarines, grapefruit and citrus laced with gun flint which overlays subtle roasted almond and spice elements. Finishes dry with plenty of fresh acidity and a lively medium length aftertaste.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
