2018 Hahndorf Hill Pinot Grigio

Brilliant water like colour with a very faint tinge of green to the edges. Fragrant pear and ripe red apple aromas are married to subtle dried honey notes and some citrus. Light and fresh with a dry finish and rounded pebble stone like mouthfeel, the palate has flavours of pears, apples, citrus and faint musk infusions over a stony mineral back drop. Crisp acidity with an aftertaste of fresh pears, lime, apple and stony mineral characters.
