2018 Greenock Creek Cabernet Sauvignon

Inky black heart with a deep dark red black hue. Ripe blackcurrant and black plum scents combine with hints of liquorice, vanillin cedar, tobacco and dried herbs. Rich and fleshy very ripe blackcurrant and black plum fruits sit over earthy cedar, tobacco and spicy dried herb characters. Dryish finish with slightly chewy tannins leading into a ripe medium length aftertaste.
Cellar 3-4 years.
