2018 Glaetzer-Dixon Uberblanc Riesling

Brilliant pale straw colour with a slight greenish tinge around the outskirts and a watery hue. Nosing offers up scents of ripe lime and red apples overlaid with honeysuckle followed by light quince end notes. Good vitality with flavours of fresh limes and green apples dancing lightly across the palate. Subtle infusions of orange blossom, light honeysuckle and citrus characters ensue. Dry finish with crisp mineral laden acidity and an elegant aftertaste.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
