2018 Gibson Discovery Road Nero d'Avola

Very deep dark purple black colour with a dark red purple hue. Aromas of spicy morello cherries, dark plum and liquorice mix with hints of incense and light scorched earth notes. Bright ripe cherry, blueberry, plum and liquorice fruits have plenty of juicy appeal and a supple feel. Infusions of incense and light spicy dried herb nuances are also evident. Velvet smooth tannins concluding long and delicious.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
