Brilliant water like colour with a light tinge of green to the edges. Aromas of lime subtly infused with fresh herbs mix with some citrusy tropical fruit notes and mineral. Good palate intensity with fresh limes the dominate player over green apple, citrus, honeysuckle, infusions of fresh herbs and some minerality on the crunchy dry finish. Concludes with vibrant crisp acidity and a medium to long aftertaste.
