Brilliant water like colour with a faint glimmer of green around the outskirts. Intense lime and green apple scents dominate the nose with subtle mandarin, citrus and flinty mineral notes following on. Racy mineral infused flavours of lime and crunchy green apples lead into a dry zesty acid finish that also has lemon and wet steel elements evident. Medium to long lemon, lime, green apple and steely mineral aftertaste.
