2018 Fox Creek Red Baron Shiraz

Impenetrable inky black in colour with a deep black dark red hue. Pronounced aniseed scents are followed by black cherry, toasty vanillin oak, fennel and blackpepper. Medium to full in body the palates flavour profile is dominated by aniseed and toasty vanillin oak with some black cherry, black olive and blackpepper characters in the background. Dry, slightly grippy tannins with a medium length conclusion.
