Brilliant water like core with a faint tinge of green around the edges. Lifted lime juice top notes meld into lemon, granny smith apple, wet steel and faint kerosene notes. Racy lime juice and lemon flavours are threaded by piercing acidity with granny smith apple, wet steel and mineral elements also evident. Dry crunchy finish with a long razor sharp aftertaste infused with lime juice.
