Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Aromas of fresh pears, limes and subtle tropical fruits spring from the glass with fresh herb, stony notes and spice also present. Generous lime and pear flavours infused with fresh herbs have a well rounded feel. Finishes dry and fresh with stony mineral elements on the back palate. Lively acidity with a medium length conclusion.
