2018 Flametree Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot

Matured in French oak for 14 months. Dense black as night core with a dark red black tinged hue. Elevated scents of blackcurrant infused with black olive mix with dusty cedar, tobacco and subtle bay leaf notes. Rich blackcurrant and mulberry fruits are generously layered across the mid weighted palate with notions of cigar box, black olive and bay leaf lying in waiting. Spicy finish with a fine grained yet sturdily built tannin structure. Ample depth concluding long and savoury.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
