Bright straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of pear and lemon butter mix with hints of bees wax, biscuity oak and spice. Mid weighted the palate is gently creamed in its feel featuring mouthfilling pear, ripe nectarine and lemon butter flavours over subtle oily toast like characters, bees wax and spice. Finishes dry with nicely judged acidity and a long textured aftertaste.
