Brilliant straw colour with a faint glimmer of green around the edges and a watery hue. Penetrating the olfactory senses are captivating aromas of lychee, orange blossom and rose water followed by some ripe pear, ginger and light spices. Fruity mandarin, subtle lychee and pear flavours fill the mouth with subtle musk, ginger and light stony mineral characters sitting underneath. Dry finish with fresh acidity and a medium length aftertaste.
