Bright pale straw to straw colour with a watery hue. Pronounced ripe pear, red apple and honeycomb scents are followed by some quince and light spice. Rich with a luscious creamy like textural feel the palate is enveloped in pear and honeycomb flavours with elements of red apple, nougat and spicy hazelnut also evident. Off dry finish with balanced acidity lending a touch of freshness to the medium to long aftertaste.
