2018 Domaine Fabien Coche Bourgogne Rouge

Bright red colour with subtle tinges of black around the edges and a light crimson purple hue. Perfumed violet and rose petal like top notes mix with freshly crushed red to dark cherries, winter strawberries, clove, earth and spice. Light in body the palate is generously fruited with red cherry, red raspberry and strawberries that have a vibrant feel over a back drop of inky earth characters, dried herbs and light spicy cedar. Crunchy acidity provides the finish with plenty of freshness. Slightly grainy tannins with a youthful medium to long aftertaste.
