2018 Emilian Cabernet Sauvignon

Totally opaque black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Elevated blackcurrant and mulberry scents infused with tobacco are trailed by dusty vanillin cedar, black olive and spicy herb notes. Medium bodied with a fine, elegant feel, the palate is decorated with an even spread of red to black currant and mulberry fruits which overlay a back drop of cedary tobacco characters, dried herbs, a hint of gurkin and earthy black olives. Finely grained, slightly dusty tannins with a long spicy aftertaste that’s quite savoury.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
