Elise Dechannes returned to her home in Les Riceys in the southern Champagne region following a successful career in banking, drawn by her longstanding passion for viticulture and vinification. Organic and biodynamic viticulture is also of critical importance to Elise, and she has always kept treatments to a minimum, while harvesting is conducted carefully by hand. Crafting wines that speak clearly of their origin, this 100% Pinot Noir rosé de saignée displays the haunting fragrance and deep, dark fruit flavours Les Riceys is known for.
