2018 Eden Hall Block 4 Shiraz

Dense inky black heart with a deep dark red black hue. Intense black plum, liquorice and black cherry liqueur like scents waft from the glass followed by smoky vanillin cedar, fennel and peppered meat notes. The rich, decadent palate is flooded with voluptuous blackberry, liquorice and dark plum fruits which are almost liqueur like in their texture. Fennel, vanillin oak, subtle earth and pepper characters ensue. Silky smooth tannins. Excellent power with a long sweetly fruited conclusion.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
