A blend of Grenache, Mourvedre, Shiraz & Touriga. Totally opaque black dark red core with a deep dark red hue. Nosing offers up aromas of black cherries, dark plums and liquorice infused with dried herbs, scorched earth and blackpepper. Medium to full bodied the palate is layered with black cherry and liquorice fruit which is supported by light scorched earth, subtle dried herb and pepper elements. Sturdy but well integrated tannins. Medium length conclusion.
