2018 Dune Blewitt Springs Shiraz

Matured in seasoned oak for 12 months. Impenetrable inky black dark purple colour with a deep dark purple hue. Aromas of crushed dark berries and liquorice are overlaid by fresh herbs with vanillin cedar and spice also present. Juicy ripe dark cherry, plum and liquorice flavours fill the mouth with underlying vanillin cedar, blueberry and spicy herb characters. Vibrant finish with slightly dryish tannins shading the medium length aftertaste, giving it a moderately grippy feel.
