Fresh off the all-conquering Halliday rated 99 point Reserve Riesling comes the highly anticipated 2018 rendition and it does not disappoint. Brilliant water like colour with a distinctive greenish tinge to the outskirts. Intense lime and citrus top notes intermingle with talc and green apple followed by hints of orange rind and mineral. A powerhouse of lime and citrus flavours are backed by a core of racy acidity which gives the palate a steely feel. Granny Smith apple, light talc and mineral elements also chime in. Dry mouth watering finish. Superb length and persistence with fresh lime, citrus, Granny Smith apple, chalky talc and mineral echoing long onto the aftertaste.
