Bright straw colour with a greenish tinge to the outskirts and a watery hue. Nosing offers up aromas of white peach and nectarine which meld into subtle butterscotch notes, bacon fat, a hint of ginger and spice. Mid weighted the palate has a rich flavour profile of peach, light honeycomb, bacon fat, roasted almonds and spice. Well balanced with fresh acidity enlivening the back half. Concludes refined, complex and long.
