A blend of 60% Clairette, 18% Ugni Blanc, 19% Bourbouleuc and 3% Marsanne. Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of grapefruit, apple and quince merge with fresh pear, light honeysuckle and spice notes. Well rounded yet fresh in its feel, elegant grapefruit, apple and quince flavours overlay some light citrus and spice. Dry, linear finish with vibrant acidity, a touch of minerality making an appearance on the medium length aftertaste.
