2018 Domaine Louis Moreau Chablis

Brilliant very pale straw colour with a light tinge of green around the edges and a watery hue. Pronounced fresh pear aromas mix with some ripe nectarine, hints of dried honey, wet stone and light fresh herb notes. Light and fresh with a rounded pebble stone like mouthfeel, the palate features pear and lime flavours over subtle wet slate nuances and delicate infusions of garden herbs. Dry finish with refreshing acidity and a medium to long aftertaste.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
