A markedly ripe nose features a mentholated top note on the earthy aromas of plum liqueur. There is better volume to the plump, round and fleshy flavors that firm up noticeably on the youthfully austere and reasonably persistent finish. I would suggest allowing this at least 2 to 3 years of cellar time first. Drink from 2025+.

Allen Meadows - Burghound

This is really perfumed and exotic with black truffle, blackberry, ripe strawberry and bark. It’s full and flavorful with velvety tannins and a long, flavorful finish. So delicious and impressive now, but even better in 2023.
