2018 Dafnios Vidiano Dry White

Produced from a very old Cretan grape variety Vidiano with no barrel usage. Bright pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Aromas of fresh pears and lime are trailed by hints of green apple, light dried honey and stony notes. Vibrant lime and spicy green apple flavours fill the mouth with an attractive rounded textural feel. Notions of wet stone, fresh herbs and mineral sit underneath. Displays good intensity with a dry crisp finish and refreshing medium to long aftertaste.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
