2018 Curator Wine Co. Barossa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Matured in a mixture of French and American oak of which 15% was new. Magnificent super dense inky black core with a very deep dark red black hue. Lush blackcurrant, black cherry and liquorice aromatics sail out of the glass mixing with vanillin oak, dark chocolate and spicy fennel along the way. Rich, thick and heavy across the palate, this Barossa Cabernet is all opulence. Mouthfilling cassis, liquorice and black cherry flavours are interwoven with vanillin oak and spicy fennel. Velvet smooth tannins with a long plush aftertaste.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
