2018 Cullen Dancing in the Sun Semillon Sauvignon Blanc

Certified organic this is a blend of 54% Semillon, 43% Sauvignon Blanc and 3% Verdelho. Brilliant very pale straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of lime intermix with gooseberry and green apple followed by some light passionfruit and herbaceous grassy notes. Texturally rounded and showing great intensity, mouth watering flavours of passionfruit, green apple and lime sit over a subtle herbaceous back drop. Finishes dry and crisp with good depth and a long delicious aftertaste.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
