2018 Cosa Nostra Pinot Gris

Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Fresh pear and red apple scents are followed by hints of honeysuckle, quince and spice. Ripe pear, apple, light honeysuckle and quince flavours form a rounded mouthfeel with some spice on the dry finish. Good fresh acidity with a spicy medium length conclusion.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
