2018 Cosa Nostra Il Capo

A blend of 82% Nero d’Avola and 18% Negroamaro. Deep dark red black colour with a dark red hue. Aromas of dark to black cherries and liquorice meld into incense, earth and spicy dried herb notes. The juicy mid weighted palate has dark to black cherry and liquorice fruits underpinned by fresh acidity with infusions of incense, subtle earth and spicy herbs on the back half. Polished tannins concluding with a brightly fruited aftertaste.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
