2018 Coriole Songbird Cabernet Sauvignon

Impenetrable inky black core with a very deep dark red black hue. Elevated blackcurrant and black olive aromas intermix with hints of liquorice, dusty vanillin cedar, light tobacco and spice. Rich blackcurrant and liquorice fruits fill the mouth backed by a firm chewy tannin structure. Notions of mulberry, cedary tobacco characters and spicy bay leaf ensue. Dry, slightly chalky finish with a robust aftertaste.
