Fermented with 18% whole bunches. Deep dark red colour with black tinged edges and a dark red hue. Aromas of ripe cherries and strawberries subtlety overlaid by clove are trailed by earth, subtle vanillin cedar and spicy dried herbs. Light to medium bodied the palate has a savoury flavour profile of spicy dark cherries, earth and dried herbs. Slightly dryish tannins concluding with medium length.
