Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Elevated ripe peach and dried honey aromas are to the fore with subtle cashew, nougat, crème brulee and spice notes in the background. Rich, fleshy white peach flavours mix with notions of honeycomb and nougat over an undercurrent of cashew and spice. Creamy and full in texture with balanced acidity and a long rich conclusion.
