The list of very good Australian rosé continues to grow, but Cobaw have been a pace-setter for many years.
Poached strawberry and rosy perfume, soft and weighty, plenty of flavour, yet manages to be subtle too, a slight earthiness, fine powdery texture, balanced acidity, and some blood orange tang on a long finish. Wonderful.
